In collaboration with Peter Frothingham, a Registered Architect in Northampton TCI worked to preform extensive structural repairs to the façade of this building, while attempting to maintain the look and feel of this historic building in downtown Northampton.

In December of 2013 the Northampton Historic Commission honored the completed work with a Preservation Award of Merit.
