It's not whether the materials are exotic or conventional, it's that they are selected based on paying careful, individual attention to the client's vision. We don't have a formula we employ for each project; we don't use cookie-cutter templates; we don't rely on materials that make things easier at the expense of quality.

Long before there were tax credits and rebates, we were showing folks how energy-efficient materials and design could make their home/business more livable. It's nice to see after all these years that the rest of the industry is catching up. We don't think of it so much as building green as simply building smart.

As people live in a space over time, they come to appreciate the little details that make it so special to them. We pay attention to those details in each moment, with each material, and at every step of the project.
