Donald J. Teagno, Founder emeritus
As the founder of Teagno Construction, Inc., Donald has been involved in the construction industry for over 45 years. While attending UMass Amherst to receive his English degree and teaching certificate, he also began working life as a carpenter. In his post college days he continued with his building career by working on remodeling and additions to homes in the Pioneer Valley, and then with his first new house in Southampton, MA.
Over the years he has developed TCI into what it is today, all the while instilling our core values of quality and honesty in every project.
DAVID tYNAN, GENERAL MANAGer / LEAD ESTIMATOR-
David is responsible for overall job management, billing and large project estimating. As the lead estimator he is responsible for estimating and value engineering of all commercial and residential project. David has dedicated the last 15 years to work with Teagno construction Inc. and holds a construction supervisor license allowing him to oversee and mange day-to-day field operations.
Outside of work David spends his quality time with friends, family, and loved ones. He is well known for his meticulous and detail oriented work involving project management for large jobs and maintaining healthy relationships with clients at TCI.
Daniel Dones, Senior Project Manager / Estimator
Dan is our senior project manager and is responsible for overall project management, billing and project estimating for both commercial and residential properties of all sizes. Dan is a construction supervisor license holder and is recognized by the state of Massachusetts as a lead-safe supervisor. He has had over 15 years of experience in the construction industry, while continuously leaving a positive impression among stakeholders along the way.
During his spare time Dan enjoys being with friends and family, as well as participating in outdoor activities involving fly fishing, hiking, and boating.
ELLEN MARTIN, Financial Manager / OFFICE MANAGER-
As our Financial Manager Ellen tracks all the costs associated with each project, as well as being responsible for maintaining all of our general corporate requirements, managing all of our payroll and accounting.
Currently Ellen and her husband are raising their college age son, who is attending La Salle. In her down time she spends her time with her English Chocolate Lab Maggie.
Eli Thorne-Thomsen, commercial & residential supervisor/estimator -
Eli began with TCI in 2008 as a carpenter moving up through the ranks to now manage and estimate projects of all sizes, both residential and commercial. Prior to coming to TCI Eli had 15 years experience in the carpentry and construction industry. Eli holds multiple licenses and certifications in the construction industry including his construction supervisor license, lead-safe supervisor license, ABL Mobil equipment operator certificate and AWP Mobil equipment operator certificate.
Outside of work Eli can be found spending his free time with his 3 children, road biking, or building furniture and woodworking.
Ron Senn, Commercial & residential supervisor -
Ron started in the construction industry in 1989 and has worked with TCI since 2004 having over 20 years experience as a carpenter. Ron is a construction supervisor license and lead-safe license holder. Originally trained as an artist, Ron is able to bring a refined sense of aesthetics to his work that helps our clients arrive at an excellent finish to their project.
Ron has worked as a professional rafting guide and is an avid outdoors-man. Currently he is raising two teenage girls and is interested in all of their activities, along with activities of his own such as hiking and mountain biking.
