TCI worked with the owners and Kuhn Riddle Architects from preconstruction through project completion. We converted two floors of an unoccupied uninhabitable space above existing retail space in downtown Amherst into apartment units. This conversion included significant structural and seismic work to the entire building, installation of fire sprinklers throughout the entire building, and a complete buildout of 3 multi bedroom apartments units.
