TCI worked with the owner, the Hampshire District Registry of Deeds, and Thomas Douglas Architects to complete the buildout of new commercial space for the Registry. This project began with significant structural work including rebuilding large potions of the exterior walls and roof. Once the structural issues where addressed we completed a full commercial buildout of previously unfinished interior space.
